University Council Section
- 1) Arrange the University Council meeting and support an operation of the committee and subcommittee meeting that appointed/assigned by University Council.
- 2) Coordinate the University Council meeting and support an operation of the committee and subcommittee meetings are appointed/assigned by the University Council.
- 3) Compile the meeting items of the President, committee to create a meeting agenda. The meeting items may be analyzed and synthesized to make comments for supporting the committee consideration as necessary.
- 4) Memorandum the agenda and propose to the Secretary of the University Council.
- 5) Summarize the items and enclose each item in an agenda.
- 6) Provide information about the relevant regulations, announcements, and instructions according to the request and investigate or follow more information from the owner.
- 7) Prepare meeting files/documents, check the correctness of documents before sending the committee; prepare the relevant regulations, announcements, and instructions for references on the day of the meeting.
- 8) Present the University President to sign regulations, announcements and instructions of University Council and other relevant tasks.
- 9) Inform/ deliver effective regulations, announcements, and instructions to the Office of the President to notify other departments.
- 10) Summarize the meeting resolution, create a meeting agenda including with follow up the performance, and publicize the meeting resolutions.
- 11) Take term a position of the University Committee, also offer the University Council for selecting the committee and administrators.
- 12) Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the University Council.
